The Church regards the Bible as the ultimate source of authority under God. The following are the fundamental tenets of the Church: the Trinity of God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit; God as Creator; Jesus as the Son of God; the Resurrection of Jesus; and the continuing influence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We classify Holy Communion and Baptism as Sacraments, believing them to have been uniquely instituted by Jesus.

Bible passages in Dutch, French or Swahili? No problem!

If you want to download or print out a passage in the NIV, “The Message” or other English version, or in other languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian - not to mention Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Swahili and Tagalog!), check out the fantastic netsite called Bible Gateway.

I find its home page a bit daunting so here is an example of a text in French:

Personally I find it easier to work from this page. I just change the passage reference or the Bible version.
